Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Online Repeat Prescription Ordering

Our system for online prescription ordering is called Patient Services.  It is linked to your medical record and you will be able to select the medicine(s) you need from a list.

If you have not registered for Patient Services, please come to the surgery with one form of photographic ID.  This ID check is necessary to ensure that no-one else can access your medical information.  You will be issued with your login details.

If you have problems using Patient Services for the first time, either reset your password on the new site, or ask the Surgery to send you a new set of registration details.

Order your repeat prescription

All repeats take 2 working days to process, so please try and plan ahead when ordering your medication. For example, requests submitted on Friday will be ready the following Tuesday.

Alternatives Ways to Order Your Repeat Prescriptions

  • In person : hand it in a repeat prescription sheet at Reception with the required items clearly marked
  • By post : send us a repeat request sheet plus a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you

Please note that for patient safety and to avoid errors, we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Again, please allow 2 working days for us to process repeat prescriptions.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
