GPs in Training

We usually have GPs in training working under supervision at the surgery. They are qualified doctors who are now training to become GPs. They spend six months or one year at the surgery at a time, depending on circumstance.

Dr Callum Nixon

Dr Nixon is in his third and final year of GP training and will be working with us for a year until the end of January 2020.

Dr Maggie Small

Dr Small is in her third and final year of GP training and will be working with us for a year until the end of July 2020.

Dr James Golding

Dr Golding is an FY2 doctor working under supervision (FY2 stands for Foundation Year 2). FY2's are qualified doctors who have completed their first year of clinical practice. They each spend four months at the surgery.
